My Approach

As a person, I embrace diversity at every level because it offers the opportunity to see things from an array of perspectives. I find it enriching and a source of personal growth.

In my therapy work, I apply similar principles and observe a pluralistic approach. This means that I don't favour a specific therapeutic technique or process also called modality, I look for what is useful for my client.

This means that I look holistically at every person and their unique circumstances to define a plan of interventions which will be relevant and helpful in their journey at that point in time.

​

I don't "copy and paste" the intervention plan from one person to another, even if they both present with the same issue. I ensure that every aspect of my client's individual situation is considered before offering any course of actions.

​

Every client will have an intervention which will most likely call on various modalities and will be tailored to their needs.
