About Me
For many years I have nurtured an interest on why people do the things they do. This led me to undertake a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with the Open University whilst working full time.

I have enjoyed helping people over the years, and decided to focus in an area which can be the source of great distress: sex and relationships, because often personal distress manifests in issues in these areas.

I have worked in various corporations, and throughout my career, I have always focused on people. I have always taken at heart the personal growth and development of people, and spent a lot of time coaching and mentoring individuals and teams.

My biggest learning was that people yearn for connection and the biggest
barrier to establishing connection, was a breakdown in communication.

This is not dissimilar to issues we all face every day, and when it comes to a
topic such as sex and relationships, communication is even more difficult because
of our own beliefs and values on these subjects.

Sex and Relationships Therapy gives me the opportunity to make a positive
impact on someone's life by helping them find the words to connect again,
with themselves or others.

I'm Lucie, and I'm looking forward to helping people on their journey
of The Golden Repair.
